Supported Employment
If you are a person with a disability who would like to work but feel you are not ready to work in the general workforce, think about the supportive work environment that we offer.
You will be paid a fortnightly wage and can work on a variety of tasks. We offer all starting employees 2 days of work per week. The work day starts at 9am and finishes at 3:30pm.
We provide on the job support and training to help you learn your job.
We set up a personal employment plan with you that looks at your training needs and the type of jobs that you want to do.
We will work with you all the time to help you achieve success in your personal employment plan.
You can also choose to learn life skills such as cooking, cleaning and reading in addition to learning your normal job.

Staff Vacancy
We currently have a vacancy for a full time Life Skills Coordinator. Working 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, the applicant will be required to run our modest commercial kitchen / canteen, preparing employee lunches and outside corporate catering orders and training room bookings as well as maintaining our small kitchen garden. The Life Skills Coordinator will work closely with our supported employees to teach them valuable skills to aid them to live independently.
