Supported Employment

If you are a person with a disability who would like to work but feel you are not ready to work in the general workforce, think about the supportive work environment that we offer.

You can apply for work with us if you:

  • are eligible for the NDIS

  • have finished high school

  • need support to keep a job

  • can understand and follow instructions

  • can use your hands to build, fold, seal, tie knots, etc.

  • work well with others

  • work safely

  • attend to your own personal hygiene needs

  • administer your own medication 

Employees are paid a fortnightly wage and can work on a variety of tasks. 

We offer all starting employees 2 days of work per week. The standard work day starts at 9am and finishes at 3:30pm.

We provide on the job support and training to help you learn your job.

We set up a personal employment plan with you that looks at your training needs and the type of jobs that you want to do.

We will work with you all the time to help you achieve success in your personal employment plan.

You can also choose to learn life skills such as cooking, cleaning and reading in addition to learning your normal job.

Staff Vacancies


We are often seeking applications from interested parties to go on our casual work register to work during staff absences and busy periods. If you have skills or licences in any of these areas.... we may need you:

  • Commercial cooking
  • Timber manufacturing
  • Truck driving
  • Bus driving
  • Forklift driving
